Shipping Price
After you place the order, we will send the goods to you in 24~48 hours in weekdays or 48~96 hours during weekends and other holidays.
If your order is More than 20USD,we will choose China Post Air Mail to ship the goods to you, and your free shipping package's departure and arrival status can be checked using the tracking number displayed in order tracking.
And if your order is under 20USD,we will ask you to charge the tracking number fee, and then when we ship the order to you we will offer a tracking number for you.
Normally, we will choose the China Post Airmail as first shipment term, and if you want to use the other fast shipment terml, You need to pay some extension cost, also you can leave message to tell us which shipment term you need, and we will try to meet your request.
After we ship the order to you, there will be a tracking number for you, and the system of the website serice will send an email to you, if you did not receive the email, please check your SPAM mail box, the email will be there!
Shipping Method
Pribily has partnership with, 4PX,ePacket,EMS ,DHL and UPS and other Professional battery goods shipping term.
- Registered Airmail (For orders weight up to 2kg) *
- Air Parcel (For orders weight between 2kg and 20kg) **
- Express Mail (For some specific countries, items or customer request)
* What is the Registered Airmail? The Registered Airmail provides a registration number that can be used for tracking the delivery status online (on our carrier site). For some specific counties such as United States, the registration number can go through their post system for example on usps.com for further tracking.
** Air Parcel only available for parcel over 2kg and less 20kg, or sum of package length, wideness, highness over 90cm, or sum of any two-part over 60cm. Basically, Air Parcel has the same transport time as Register Airmail needed. Air Parcel also provided free register number to trace online.
Note: We ship from GuangZhou. The Registered Airmail Services is the standard delivery method in Pribily.com.If your order amount up to USD45,we will choose Registered Air Mail to ship the goods to you, And if your order is under USD45,the extra to shipping with tracking number is USD5.
Ship Out Notification
Usually when the parcel leaves our warehouse we will update customer the date and related shipping information such as registration/tracking number to customer’s email that registered on Pribily.com.
Note: The parcel will be transported from our warehouse to United States UPS or 4PX logistic center for ship processing before shipped. This course may take some time therefore the date we stated in shipping notification is not the actually shipping out date. Therefore the online tracking status may not be available immediately until the shipping data is updated in system, customer can wait 1-2 days for tracking.

- About the Customs fee, Normally, we will write the value less than USD20 on the parcel or following your request.

However, it may delay due to industrial strike action, severe weather, custom reasons or peak seasons, such as Christmas/New Year Holidays.
Processing time differs from category to category. Refer to the table below for more precise processing and shipping times to better estimate when you will receive your order.
Processing time = From the time we receive your order to when we packaging it, 1-2 business days are needed to check your order, confirm your payment and verify your address.
Please pay attention to that we do not process your orders on weekend or holidays. Therefore, please allow another 1-2 business days to process your weekend orders.
Actual shipping time = The time it takes for the shipping companies to deliver your package to you.
In general, the delivery time of each international courier is as below:
4PX: Most shipped packages will be delivered to you within 7-25 business days from the day they are shipped.
EMS: Most shipped packages will be delivered to you within 5-7 business days from the day they are shipped.
Fedex: Most shipped packages will be delivered to you within 3-6 business days from the day they are shipped.
UPS: Most shipped packages will be delivered to you within 3-6 business days from the day they are shipped.
DHL: Most shipped packages will be delivered to you within 3-5 business days from the day they are shipped.
Please be aware that the shipping time may be influenced by many factors, such as customs inspection or postal delay. If you can’t receive packages within 4 weeks, please kindly inform us.
Customs
For international shippment, the recipient is responsible for all the customs charges by his/her country. Since the customs policy differs from country to country, to be comply with the law and regulations of your country, we recommend you to contact your local customs office for more information before you make any order. To Europe, Normally there is no Customs Fee or Duty on your side, because when our parcel arrive Europe, we have paied all fees already, included the customs and duties fee.
Please Note:
The address we ship to should be the shipping address customer fills in the order check out (that will shows on the purchase notification email). Please remember to offer correct shipping address, once the parcel shipped out, it does not allow changing the shipping address anymore. And we will not be responsible for item loss because of wrong or undeliverable address.
